Quarry Lakes Regional Recreational Area sits in the gorgeous state of California, holding history and recreational fun for all types of visitors. This recreational area was first home to Native Americans before the Europeans came to claim the land. The quarries of this region were established soon after in the mid 19th century. Since then, the park has expanded through collaborations, and it is now a recreational area. 

When you come and visit the Quarry Lakes Regional Recreational Area, you will find many different amenities that are available for your enjoyment. You will find a large lake, swimming areas, the beach, picnic tables, picnic shelters, volleyball courts, and availability for fishing, boating, hiking, biking, swimming, and so much more. 

The Quarry Lakes Regional Recreational Area allows dogs, but they must remain on a six-foot-leash during their entire stay, and they cannot come near the water or beach area. During your stay in the Quarry Lakes Regional Recreational Area, you must follow the rules and regulations that are enforced by the state park authorities. 

Dogs must be licensed, tagged, and vaccinated before they can enter the park, and female pooches in heat and young pups under four months old must remain back at home. Dogs must be well-mannered before they come to this recreational site as the Quarry Lakes Regional Recreational Area does not tolerate any aggressive behavior, and humans must clean up and watch over their dogs while they are here.
