Saugstad Dog Run

If you're rearing to go on your next pawsome adventure, Saugstad Dog Run's the place to be! Nestled on the same property as the family and pooch furiendly Saugstad Park, this pawsitively awesome set of play areas has got it all! Though some visitors do note that this doggy playground can be challenging to locate, you won't have any trouble if you remember that it is situated directly behind the bathrooms and near to the baseball diamonds in Saugstad Park. 

The Saugstad Dog Run is a place that has truly gone to the doggoes! There is a large fenced area where your pooch can have the time of his life pawrtying with all of his puppy pals. No leashes needed at this pawrific spot; you can leave the lead at the door, but be sure to pick it up on the way out as the California paw patrol do require that Fido remain on lead in all other areas of Saugstad Park. 

You'll need to pack a bag before you head out for your day of fun a Saugstad Dog Run. Be certain to include bottled water, cleanup bags, and a snack or two too! If you feel like taking a load off while your pooch has fun, there are benches in sunny areas as well as picnic tables under the shade of a gazebo. Both provide the pawrfect spot for a little R&R during Fido's playtime. 

But the fun doesn't grind to a halt when you leave the dog runs, as Saugstad Park offers lots of furrific things to do. There are two picnic areas where you can grill up a culinary masterpiece to enjoy on the grounds. With a playground, softball and baseball fields, and even a connecting trail that leads to a bike path, you won't want for doggone awesome things to do. Best of all, so long as he is on his leash; Fido can tag along too!
