Description
Stillwater Cove Regional Park is located on 210 acres of property in Jenner, California. Situated on the north portion of the Sonoma Coast, this stunning park space offers visitors breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. This naturally landscaped property is home to many recreational opportunities and permits dogs to join their owners on the grounds including on campsites and the beach. 

However, in accordance with California law, all dogs must remain on a lead of no greater than six feet at all times. Stillwater Cove Regional Park is a private campground and park. Parking is $7 per day or free for those who have already purchased an annual permit. There is a $3 fee per dog for dogs accompanying their owners to their campsite. 

There is no designated play area or off-leash zone at Stillwater Cove Regional Park. The property itself boasts of being just a short stroll from the Pacific Ocean and features a small beach where Fido can enjoy a walk and some play in the sand with his family. This lovely park earns high marks from visitors for its beauty and meticulously kept grounds. 

The campground is quite small but also quaint. Exceptionally clean bathrooms which contain showers are available for public use. There are no other on-site amenities for dogs at this camping and hiking haven. Owners should ensure their dogs have access to drinking water. Poop bags are not provided; however, it is the responsibility of all owners to provide canine waste removal services. 

Stillwater Cove Regional Park offers many great outdoor activities. Among the things families can enjoy at this beautiful recreational space are "tidepooling," picnicking, diving, and kayaking. Also housed on the grounds is the infamous one-room schoolhouse known as the Fort Ross Schoolhouse. The property also features a beach and campground. 

It is important to note that there are no RV hookups at Stillwater Cove Regional Park. There are also three miles of trails suitable for hiking. To ensure Fido is safe from disease, it is best for him to be current on all vaccinations. California state law also mandates a city dog license for all dogs who frequent public places.
