Universal City Dog Park

Universal City is a beautiful place for all types of dog breeds to find fun and adventure. Located right next to the Universal City Animal Care and Control Facility, you will find the beautiful Universal City Dog Park. This dog park opened up in 2011 and has become a favorite spot for all local pups in the area. 

If your dog lives in this city, they must get a city license so they can utilize this park to its full capacity. When you come to the park, you will find many different amenities for enjoyment. The Universal City Dog Park is entirely off-leash and fenced-in, so your favorite pal will have the freedom to run wild with their new furry friends. 

You will also find a large area for fun and play that is 1.3 acres, distinct areas for large and small dogs, waste stations, water stations on concrete pads as well as drinking fountains. For the hot summer days, there are shaded structures that have picnic benches for your satisfaction. 

Dogs and their owners must follow the set rules and regulations that are implemented by Universal City. Dogs must first be licensed, tagged, and vaccinated before they can come to this park, and all female pups in heat and young puppies under four months old must remain at home. 

All dogs must be well-mannered before they come to this park as the Universal City Dog Park does not tolerate any type of aggressive behavior. All owners must clean up and watch over their pups at all times, and owners should keep a leash by their sides at all times for emergency purposes only. If your dog is ill, they must also remain at home for safety purposes.
