Description
The Wrigley Heights Dog Park is a large wide open space for canines to socialize and exercise. The area here is fenced in to keep in the canines who would otherwise run away, but this fence does not separate the area into a section for large and small canines. This co-mingled setting could put smaller canines at high risk as they play with dogs many times their size.

The grounds here are mulch. This helps keep your canine clean as opposed to how they would leave if the grounds were comprised of just the dirt underneath. There is a lot of space at this dog park, and you can play long-range games here like fetch that you may find hard to play at other dog parks. Water is available at this location in the form of a fountain at the entrance to the dog park.

This water fountain dispenses water at ground level for your canine and waist height for the human companions. There are many trees inside this dog park that provide shade for the patrons of the dog park. Poop bags are available at the entrance to the Wrigley Heights Dog Park, and garbage cans are placed throughout. The grounds here are well maintained, and those garbage cans are often emptied.

There are no lights at this dog park, and therefore the grounds close at sunset. There's no public restrooms available at this park. Benches can be found inside the entrance to the Wrigley Heights Dog Park and scattered throughout. Many of these benches are placed underneath the tallest trees for the added benefit of the shade available.

This park makes for a great place to bring your canine to wear them out. The space available here means that even the most energetic of canines can stretch their legs and wear themselves out. The Wrigley Heights Dog Park is not the most trafficked park and makes for a better exercise area than it benefits those specifically looking to socialize their canines.

Wag! does not allow or encourage Pet Care Providers to bring dogs to parks.
