Highpoint Glen is a small residential neighborhood located in Columbus, Ohio. Columbus is home to the Columbus Museum of Art, the Franklin Park Conservatory, the Center of Science and Industry, and the Ohio History Connection. This city is also home to plenty of performing arts centers and the headquarters for Wendy's, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, Big Lots, Cardinal Health, Red Roof Inn, and Safelite.

Highpoint Glen itself is largely composed of standalone, single-family homes, but there is a small apartment complex in the southwest corner. Beyond homes, Highpoint Glen is also home to a recording studio. However, residents will need to leave the neighborhood to find other amenities like grocery stores, gas stations, schools and churches.

Columbus experiences all four seasons throughout the year. Summer months will be rather muggy and temperatures will be rather hot. Winter months, however, will be much colder. Thankfully, rainfall and snowfall is rather light, so the winter months tend to be drier than other midwestern cities.

Highpoint Glen is a completely artificial terrain, particularly because there are no greenways in the neighborhood or immediate area. However, due to the more artificial terrain, this neighborhood has plenty of sidewalks to help keep you and Fido safe from any traffic moving throughout the neighborhood. The sidewalks are also lined with large trees, so there should be plenty of shade during the sunny, summer days.

Additionally, Highpoint Glen is a rather flat neighborhood, so you and Fido shouldn't encounter any extreme changes in elevation as you explore this Columbus suburb.

The boundaries of Highpoint Glen include Dinsmore Castle Drive and Smiley Road to the north, Dublin Road, Ledge Lane and Splitrock Road to the east, an unnamed creek to the south, and railroad tracks to the west. There are no major roadways through Highpoint Glen, as this neighborhood is a completely residential community.

Unfortunately, there is no fenced-in dog park near the Highpoint Glen neighborhood. The nearest one, Olentangy Commons Small Dog Park, is over six miles away to the northeast.
