The community of Olde Town East is sandwiched between US-62 to the north, I-70 to the south, I-71 to the west ,and two other communities known as Franklin Park and South of Main to the east. It is primarily a residential community of single and multifamily housing.
Nationwide Children's Hospital is to the south at the intersection of I-70 and I-71. There are several excellent restaurants within driving distance as well as parks and places to shop for pet supplies. Thanks to the proximity of the interstates, people who can live here can easily commute into the heart of the city for work.
Winters can be brutal with weeks of below freezing temperatures and plenty of snow and ice for you to deal with on your daily walks. Summers make up for it with lots of blue skies and temperatures in the mid-to-upper-80s, which are perfect for taking your pooch on long walks around the community.
