Sawmill Ravines is located on the east banks of the Scioto River with Sawmill Road on the east, Hayden Road on the north, and the Torrington Woods neighborhood on the south side. There is a retirement village and a large multi-family housing complex located in Sawmill Ravines.

Other areas have single-family homes, however, residential streets do not have separate sidewalks for pedestrians, so you and our pup will need to share the road with local traffic when walking. Fortunately, residential roads are relatively quiet and there are good sight lines with level ground. The flat terrain makes it easy for dog walkers and their pets to get around the neighborhood without encountering steep hills.

Riverside Drive, also called Route 33, is located on the west side and has lots of traffic, so exercise caution when walking near this thoroughfare with your dog. Keep your pet securely leashed and cross only at designated pedestrian crossings.
