Part of this neighborhood is also occupied by one of the campuses of the Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC).

Additionally, through this North Shore Riverfront Park, you will find lots of art installations and memorials like a Vietnam Veteran's Monument, the Tribute to Children, water steps, and a Korean War Memorial.
