Knowledgeable and experienced. Got started as soon as she arrived. We discussed the goals of the training session which mainly is addressing biting/aggression. Was able to hone in on specific scenarios and gave advice and pointers on how to establish dominance  and deter biting behavior. Was able to practice and reinforce training tips while I demonstrated what I learned with the puppy.
