About the caregiver

Hi there! My name is Karissa and I’ve been walking/pet-sitting since I was 11 years old. I started watching a family friend’s Rottweiler when he went away on business trips which was about every month or so. I owned my first dog at 8 years old. I’ve owned two dogs: my Yorkie angel Bam Bam and my crazy girl Lyra whom I trained myself. I’m not professionally certified but I’m a natural trainer since I have a lot of patience. Since joining Wag!, my love and wish to care for animals has only grown!
