Wag to the Polo Farms neighborhood south of Summerfield center to join the Atlantic & Yadkin Greenway (also known as the Lake Brandt Greenway). This 7.5 mile rail trail is the pawfect place to go with Fido for a day of picturesque walking, biking, skating, and more! Take a paws as you cross the scenic bridges along the trail to spot native wildlife and migratory birds such as bald eagles and blue herons. Keep your furiendly pup on a leash and watch out for passing mountain bikers!

Highfill

Wag on over to the Highfill neighborhood in Summerfield for a furtastic day at Summerfield’s Athletic Park. A favorite among the locals, this park is home to several sports fields, a kid’s playground, a concession stand with clean bathrooms, and several multipurpose grassy fields.
