The Wag! matchmaking process is designed to find your perfect match. On Wag! you can find and book a sitter with experience caring for puppies, older dogs, disabled dogs, dogs that require medication, dogs with separation anxiety, and Dogs who need lots of playtime. Being upfront about any special requirements is the best way to find the perfect match for your dog.

What does it cost?

Overnight stays start at $39 per night and include potty breaks, feeding and playtime with video and text message updates throughout the day.

Where will my dog be staying?

Your dog will be staying in your home with a dog sitter.

How do I evaluate sitters?

Every sitter undergoes a thorough vetting process which includes dog handling, safety tests, phone screening, and background checks. Many of the sitters have worked as veterinary technicians or shelter volunteers. The majority have been lifelong dog owners and caretakers. 95% of Wag! sittings result in a perfect, 5-star review.

How do I pay for the service?

Wag! accepts all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Never pay by cash or check as this makes your booking ineligible for premium insurance and 24/7 support.

When will I be charged for service?

Your card is charged after the service is complete. Wag! will hold onto the funds and release payment to your walker or sitter within 48 hours of the service being completed.
