North Kaukauna
Kaukauna is a city northeast of Menasha, and the northeastern corner of Kaukauna is home to the town's namesake dog park. The Kaukauna Dog Park is an award-winning 13-acre dog park with three separate sections. One enclosure is reserved for big dogs, a second section is for small dogs, and the third section is an enclosed pond where dogs can swim. You'll also find buckets of drinking water for dogs, soda machines for humans, and waste disposal supplies and seating. There's a walking path with two bridges surrounding the dog park, and the space is conveniently lighted if you'd like to visit after dark.36

Apple Creek
The eastern edge of Appleton, Wisconsin is only a ten-minute drive from Menasha, and just south of the neighborhood is where you'll find the Outagamie County Pet Exercise Area. Visitors rave about this sizeable off-leash park and its 17 acres you can explore with your pet. There's a section of the park for all dogs, as well as a different enclosure just for small, shy, or senior pups. The dog park is open from 7 AM to 9 PM during the winter, and from 7 AM to dusk all other seasons. Parts of the park are wooded with walking trails, and there are also seating areas. There's no water source at this park, so make sure to bring your own.24

Winnebago
If you drive just 20 minutes south of Menasha with your dog, the two of you will arrive in northern Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This area is where the Best Friends Dog Park is located, and you and your pet are sure to love it! This off-leash park has only been open since 2017, and it has quickly become a favorite for many. There are separate sections for big and small dogs, as well as wooded areas and walking trails throughout the park. The park provides waste bags for visitors, but be sure to bring your own water. Some visitors also note this park can get pretty muddy after the rain, so don't forget a towel for Sparky's paws!12

City Center
New London is another city in Wisconsin with a population of more than 7,000 people, and it's only about 30 miles from Menasha. Central New London is home to Jaycee's Dog Park, and this off-leash park has all sorts of amenities to keep you and your dog happy. This two-acre park has one section for dogs who weigh more than 25 pounds, as well as a separate section just for small dogs. Jaycee's Dog park is free to use, and it's open daily from 6 AM to 9 PM. It's recommended that you bring your own waste disposal supplies and water when you visit this dog park.
