Stonebriar is located out of the main area of Bentonville and Centerton, and surrounded by rural properties, giving it a country feel. The neighborhood itself is newer and landscaping, such as mature trees, have not had the chance to become fully developed as in some other adjacent areas. There are lots of open areas and sprawling lawns with large homes and yards located well back from the street, often with long private driveways. Keep this in mind in the summer, as shade may not be easily accessible and you may want to avoid walking in the heat of the day. Also, this newer subdivision does not have sidewalks to keep pedestrians and pets separate from roadways, so watch out for traffic. Most traffic is local, but this neighborhood has several access points and some thru traffic is possible. The area is flat and is easy to walk through, but it is a large area so you may want to make sure you have good footwear for a thorough exploration of the community with your energetic pup.
