Paris Court East is a unique residential community that is surrounded by green space. The community is centered around Paris Court which ends on flat, level terrain. The surrounding terrain has a grassy area and three ponds, one with a fountain. The ponds are connected by an artificial creek. There are pedestrian paths through the green space and a few trees planted which is uncommon in the Yuma area.

Homes in the region tend to be single-story and Spanish style. Landscaping on private properties varies with some residents having fairly large trees and lawns and others having simpler desert-friendly yards. There are sidewalks throughout the neighborhood providing safe pedestrian ways for people and their pups.

Paris Court East is a developed urban area and asphalt roads and concrete sidewalks heat up, making them uncomfortable and even dangerous for your canine companion's paw pads. Consider investing in doggie boots to protect your dog's feet from hard, hot surfaces.
