Northwest Anaheim is a largely residential district in Anaheim, California. Residents that enjoy walking this neighborhood’s quiet residential streets will experience sunny and dry weather on most days, at any time of year. This region of California receives little rainfall and plenty of hot, sunny days. Pedestrians will want to plan routes with shady spots and take water along when walking their dogs to avoid dehydration and overheating. Some pet owners even use doggie boots to protect their pups from hot pavement. Jackets and umbrellas are not a common sight and are rarely required.

Although most of the region is residential, there are businesses such as restaurants, fast food outlets, grocers, convenience stores, and other services along main thoroughfares such as Brookhurst Street and Euclid Street, running through the area, or Lapalm Avenue on the northern and Lincoln Avenue on the southern borders. Most residences can reach local businesses on foot without having to leave the neighborhood.
