Los Feliz is located in the north-central region of Los Angeles, in East Hollywood. There are many residential areas, back from the main arteries, with single family, and multi-family dwellings and apartments.  The Los Feliz Village, in the southern part of the community, is where most of the commercial ventures in the area are established. Commercial areas have clothing, vintage shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, and a variety of stores and services for locals to access via a short drive or on foot. Los Feliz also provides residents with an active nightlife scene with bars and clubs with live entertainment to enjoy right in the neighborhood. Some eateries with outdoor seating may allow dogs to join their owner on patios, so check to see if you can bring your pup with you on a warm sunny day to sit on the patio. There are plenty of warm sunny days in Los Angeles year round, and rain and cold days are infrequent in Los Feliz.
