On the east side of WeHo is Plummer Park. This is a historic green space that features a farmer's market every Monday morning. Kings Road Park offers shady paths surrounded by pretty foliage and a perfect area to stop and rest by a waterfall and small pond. Formosa Park is a smaller, quieter spot to get away from the crowds and explore contemporary architecture on pretty walkways.
