Searching for something fun to do with Fido in the Big Apple? We've got you covered. We’re featuring 5 of the most "pawpular" dog-friendly hangouts around NYC to make sure you and your pup have a great time in the big city. Stick around – you might just stumble across your new favorite spot!

#1. Cornerstone Tavern

If you're looking for a fun night out on the town with your woofer, give Cornerstone Tavern a try! This 2nd Avenue hot spot is all the rage with humans and puppers alike. Stop in for trivia, or belt out some tunes on karaoke night.

Sunday afternoons are the tavern's most popular times, with bottomless brunch mimosas and Bloody Marys for just $20 with the purchase of a meal. Not in the mood for mimosas? Try one of their signature cocktails or choose from their massive selection of wine and draft beer. They even have beer tubes for the whole table to enjoy – talk about a "pawty"!

#2. Parnell’s Pub and Restaurant

Another pub and restaurant you won’t want to miss is Parnell’s Pub on the corner of 53rd Street and 1st Avenue. This Sutton Place staple has a wide variety of wines, beers, liquor, and cocktails to suit any palate. Pups can often be seen hanging out on the dog-friendly patio while the humans dine on linguine pescatore, pesto-crusted scallops, and Parnell’s famous jambalaya. You certainly won’t leave Parnell’s hungry or thirsty!

#3. Five Boroughs Brewing Co.

If you’re a beer snob, you’ll definitely want to stop into Five Boroughs Brewing Company on 47th Street in Brooklyn. This super dog-friendly joint has tons of handcrafted brews on tap, including pilsners, IPAs, blonde ales, hard seltzers, imperial stouts, shandies, wine, and ciders. Five Boroughs also has a large selection of cans and bottles that you can buy and take home with you to enjoy later.

#4. Anable Basin Sailing Bar & Grill

Anable Basin Sailing Bar & Grill is the place to be in the Big Apple. This waterfront bar and restaurant is on the East River and boasts breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline.

Sit back and relax on the dog-friendly patio as you take in the stunning cityscape and some of Anable Basin's famous cocktails and delicious menu items. Humans can enjoy classics like shrimp rolls and burgers or try something adventurous like homemade cevapi. Whatever you try, make sure you save room for dessert!

#5. Luckydog

Luckydog on Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg is a top contender for the best dog-friendly bar in NYC. While this bar doesn’t serve food, it certainly has all the bases covered in the beer department.

Luckydog has plenty of brews on tap and super cheap happy hour specials. The best part? Dogs are allowed inside the bar! You can have your pup in tow while you try your hand at shuffleboard and pinball. Needless to say, a trip to Luckydog will have your pup feeling fortunate!
