Give a Wag! Gives to Apple Valley Shelters

Located in Apple Valley, Victor Valley Animal Protection League animal rescue center helps with the rescue, fostering and adoption of dogs and cats. In addition to this, the shelter runs educational programs, treatment clinics, and training programs within the community. The VVAPL is always looking for volunteers and donations so that they are able to more easily rescue and re-home the many animals that are looking for a loving family to take care of them. They also offers talks in schools and educational facilities as well as at special events. There are, of course, also adoption events held over the course of the year.

Beagles and Buddies Sanctuary is a sanctuary in Apple Valley that rescues a wide range of dogs and cares for them until they can be adopted by a suitable family in a loving home. This includes special needs and senior dogs. The focus is on mix breed and pure breed beagles, hounds, and other small dog breeds. Some are rescued from the streets while others come from owners that can no longer care for them. The sanctuary offers a range of services for pet owners including vaccines and grooming. It also runs a number of events each year including various adoption events.

Wee Bar None Ranch Pet Placement is an Apple Valley foundation that aims to rescue homeless animals and then find either foster care or a permanent home for them. There are many dogs and cats that have been rescued by the foundation and have then been placed with loving, new families that can offer them a fur-ever home. The adoption process is quite in-depth to ensure that the animals all go to good, suitable, and loving homes. The foundation relies on volunteers and donations to help them to carry out the crucial work of helping homeless animals in need.
