Chase & Paws Run/Walk
Spring kicks off in Conway with the Chase & Paws race. There are several route options ranging from 1 to 2 miles and then broken down into age groups. Dogs are encouraged to run with their humans and participate in the costume contest that follows. All participants receive a goodie bag, and the chance to win door prizes at the end of the races.36
Cadron Settlement Park
Situated on a beautiful pond near a former pioneer trading post, Cadron Settlement Park is a scenic escape without the hiking. There are campgrounds, rest facilities, trails, and a boat ramp on site! It's fun for the whole family! Leashed pups are welcome to come take in the sights and smells. The park is always open, so it makes for the perfect getaway with your pooch.24
Rivertown Christmas Celebration
On Thursday nights in downtown Conway, the Rivertown Christmas Celebration rings in holiday cheer. The Celebration starts by the lighting of the Christmas tree in the main square and is followed by shopping at vendors and visits with Santa. Carriage rides are available for purchase, but admission is free! Find Fido their best ugly Christmas sweater and head downtown to enjoy all of the festivities.12

EcoFest, hosted at Laurel Park each Fall, is an expo for all those looking to do their part. Dogs are welcome to join their humans in learning about new ways to conserve, reduce, reuse, and recycle. There will be ecologically responsible vendors and service providers there to unite Conway in giving back to our planet.
