I will take very good care of your fur babies just as I would my own. I have myself have a fur baby that I love dearly. My son rescued Ms Betty from a puppy mill, she was no good to them because she was a mix so they kept her in a cage most of the time, was awful. She runs the house now with us and has it made as she is part of the family. She is part dogo argentino and Catahoula so I am used to bigger dogs as well as smaller ones.

Hi, my name is Carrie! The best part of my day is playtime with a pup, walk with a seasoned pooch, or break time for potty and leg stretch! I have a year old puppy and know how important receiving top quality care is. I strive to match the level of friendliness, nurturing and attention to detail that I would want for my dog with every walk I take. Dog Boarding in Little Rock

The Little Rock, Arkansas area is home to almost 200,000 people, and when the human population is that high, there are bound to be homeless animals in need! Fortunately, there are a few different animal shelters and rescues in the area that take in homeless, needy pets.

The Humane Society of Pulaski County is known for having saved over 50,000 pets during a more than 50-year span. As a non-profit shelter, the organization operates due to generous donations, fundraisers, and adoption fees. Since opening, the organization has helped the state of Arkansas make huge strides away from cruel practices, including helping to outlaw the use of decompression chambers to euthanize animals. The shelter is continuously working toward making the Little Rock area no-kill with the hopes of taking it state-wide. The group also helps spay and neuter animals, as well as rid the state of puppy mills.

Rock City Rescue is a rescue that focuses on removing animals from situations of neglect, abuse, or danger. The group is also working to remove high-risk animals from shelters where they are likely to be euthanized. After rescuing these animals, food, shelter, and medical care are provided until these pets can be placed in new, permanent homes. Using foster families, the group is able to help dozens of animals each year. The group started in 2012 and hopes to continue to help animals in need.

If you happen to live in the Little Rock area and are looking to adopt a new pet, consider contacting one of these organizations to find a furry friend to call your own.
