Freddo’s Frozen Treats
It's the "koolest place in town!” You and your pup can hangout outside while enjoying one of a multitude of frozen gelatos and yoghurts, gummies, chocolate confections (just for humans) and retro candies like Razzles or Chicklets. Don’t forget to check out the gift shop for “quirky gifts and whatnots” for only the koolest of people. How about the classic “drinking bird”, a lava lamp or a milk scented candle? Freddo’s is one KOOL place to hang out with your furry little buddy. The staff is friendly (and of course very kool.) For all of those with a sweet tooth, Freddo's is waiting for you!

Ozark-St. Francis National Forest
Beautiful nature abounds inside this National Forest! This dog-friendly destination is 1.2 million acres located in the Ozark Mountains. Hike, camp, swim, fish, rent a canoe, go horseback riding or go on a long scenic drive as you watch the millions of leaves change colors for fall. Check out the Annual Autumn Color Tour that takes place each October inside the park. Just remember to leave nothing but your foot and pawprints! Make sure all flames are completely extinguished and keep all food elevated or stored securely to detract wild animals from coming into the campsite.24
Downtown Fall Festival and Chili Cookout
Since 1992, this day long, pet-friendly community event is filled with fun for the whole family! The event takes place each October in the downtown’s famous historic district. Come enjoy a breakfast buffet held by the Knights of Columbus in the morning, and then explore the many events they have planned: arts and craft vendors, games, children’s costume contest, live entertainment, pie and cake eating contests, car and truck shows and bike rides. You can even enter your pup in the Canine Capers Dog Talent Show! There are plenty of family-friendly events and lots of great food to feast on throughout the day. Happy Fall, Y'all!

This small-business is very much loved by the locals. You can create your own art on canvas, with Lane’s help and instruction of course! Discover the talents you didn't know you had. The best part about this fun activity is that dogs are welcome! Patrons have said that the owner is dedicated to making sure everyone has a fun experience. It’s family-friendly, and the staff is professional and encouraging. Classes and workshops are offered at the location on North Arkansas Avenue in Russellville, Arkansas.
