Jaylan was amazing with our boys, Ron and Harry! She kept us consistently updated, took them on walks and to the park, and made sure they were happy and well cared for the entire time. Julija was wonderful! This was the first time boarding my sweet pup, but Julija communicated regularly and sent videos or photos daily, so that was reassuring and put me at ease.
