Woofest Annual Dog Days of Glendale

This is a brilliant day full of fun for your four-legged friend and your family! Held at Murphy Park between 9am and 1pm, there are a heap of dog events and games taking place. It's guaranteed to be a sniff-tastic time for your pet pooch. There will be chances to adopt pooches in need, eat lots of food and listen to a range of music while you are there. There are also retail vendors with their pet products, so you may find a bargain or two! Bring your family and pets for this wonderful day out.

Food Truck Friday West

This bark-tacular dog-friendly event takes place every Friday at 83^rd and Union Hills in front of Sam’s Club. This event is free to attend, so come check out the vast number of food trucks while a live DJ plays good tunes. There is also a bouncy castle for the kids to have fun on. All of the food trucks take both cards and cash. So get ready for a tummy-rumbling festival of tastes that will leave you on cloud nine. The kids will enjoy it and so will your pupper!

OTS Pup Strut 5K Walk Run

Omega Tau Sigma is hosts this superb, 3.2-mile long race at Midwestern University. Run, walk or jog with your pet doggies around two loops of the campus. Leashes are required in order to keep all canines safe. As part of the entrance fee, you will get a t-shirt, a race bib, and food and drinks courtesy of the organizers. There will be a whole lot of fun, with raffles, games for the kids and a doggie contest, if you wish to participate. Children under the age of 12 are free.

Dog Days of Summer

All the K-9’s of the local Police Department and the Air Force are out for this paw-some doggie event. With a bucket load of fun things scheduled to take place, it should be fun for the whole family - including your pooch! This free event provides free dog treats, a glorious pet massage (lucky dogs), animal blessings, great pet photo oppourtunities, and an assortment of pet accessories and goodies.
