My meeting ran over and my dog Rambo needed to be let out. Jacob responded immediately, was on time, and communicated well. Rambo is a big strong dog and doesn t always respond well to a new person but he did well with Jacob. Jacob was also very accommodating to my last minute request to feed and fill Rambo s water bowl.
