Located in Apple Valley, Victor Valley Animal Protection League animal rescue center helps with the rescue, fostering and adoption of dogs and cats. In addition to this, the shelter runs educational programs, treatment clinics, and training programs within the community. The VVAPL is always looking for volunteers and donations so that they are able to more easily rescue and re-home the many animals that are looking for a loving family to take care of them. This exciting annual event takes place at the Civic Center Park in Apple Valley in October! The event has been running for more than a decade now and enjoys an excellent turnout with plenty of people heading over with their pooches to enjoy the atmosphere and excitement. The fair runs for approximately five hours and you can enjoy everything from food and merchandise vendors to contests, pet services, and adopting events!
