Apple Valley Kennel Club Show
The annual Apple Valley Kennel Club rally and trials take place each year in the early part of April. There are various categories that dogs can be entered into and the event takes place over a three-day period. Many dogs and their owners turn out to participate in the event along with the many that come simply to watch. Details for the event will be updated on the site closer to the date. The event consists of shows, rally trials, and obedience trials.

Paws n Claws Pet Fair
This exciting annual event takes place at the Civic Center Park in Apple Valley in October! The event has been running for more than a decade now and enjoys an excellent turnout with plenty of people heading over with their pooches to enjoy the atmosphere and excitement. The fair runs for approximately five hours and you can enjoy everything from food and merchandise vendors to contests, pet services, and adopting events! There is an entry fee, which is around $10 for adults and $5 for children under the age of 12.

Apple Valley Civic Center Dog Park
If you are looking for somewhere secure and attractive where your dog can spend time playing while you relax, this dog park in Apple Valley is a great choice! There are two fenced areas for dogs based on their size and weight and each of the two areas has drinking facilities for the dogs as well as seating areas for the owners to sit and rest while the pooches have fun playing. There are also cleanup stations onsite, so owners can clean up after their four-legged friends to ensure that the park is kept clean!

Doggie POOL-ooza
This fun and exciting annual event takes place at the Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park in San Bernardino County! The event is set to take place in September and it will provide the whole family – and the dog – with a great day out and plenty of entertainment. Pup owners are encouraged to bring along their pooches for a dip in the cooling pool to keep the summer heat at bay. There are even doggy swimsuit competitions as well as vendors, contests, races, and a dog talent show! Admission is free, so you and your furry friend can look forward to a fabulous day out.
Walk for the Animals
Organized by the Humane Society of San Bernardino Valley, this annual event takes place in May. Dog lovers and owners can come along to enjoy raising money to help homeless and rescue animals as well as to have some great outdoor fun with their pets. The event is a free one and pets must be on their leashes in order to join in. This is a great morning out that helps to bring the community together as well as enables pooches and people to socialize!
