We had a wonderful experience with Lilia and would highly recommend her. She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, easy to work with, and very attentive to all of our instructions. Our dog, Nico, has a fairly complex care routine and takes multiple medications, but Lilia handled everything seamlessly. She also coordinated picking Nico up from another pet sitter and later dropping him off, and the entire transition went smoothly without any issues. Throughout Nico s stay, Lilia kept us informed, provided regular updates, and sent photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that Nico was well cared for and receiving lots of attention. We especially appreciated Lilia s reliability, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
