“Energetic & fun! Can’t wait to walk your pups!”
Hi there! My name is Molly. I have worked with dogs for over 20 years now, got my first dog at age 7, and I have 2 Pomeranians & a pitbulI. I have worked in animal shelters for years before, and most recently managed a dog boutique/grooming salon in West Hollywood. I have experience with taking dogs on long walks multiple times a day, feeding them, and taking them out for play time, etc. I’ve worked with injured pets, puppies, older dogs, administering medications, and some training as well!

My name is Tony I have a blue nose pit bull that’s 4 years old. I’ve had a few dogs growing up some where my moms some where my grandmas but I’ve been around dogs since I was a baby. I know all the things you need to know about what dogs can and can’t eat and signs that dogs give to express how they are feeling and what calms them when they are scared or have anxiety. So I have a strong care for dogs and like being around them.

Hi! My name is Nicholas and I've had a teacup chihuahua for 13 years now. I watch my neighbors dogs whenever they are out of town. Which required me to feed, walk, and play with the dog. I always make sure to follow all instructions asked and do everything on time.

I've always been the one who everyone calls for anything dog related. I've volunteered at shelters, have worked for a pet behaviorist's radio show, grew up with dogs, and currently have two awesome low-rider pit mix rescue pups of my own. I know how much our dogs can affect every aspect of our lives, and I'd like to help alleviate your stress by making sure your buddies are well cared for while you're out. Let me know if your pups would like to go walking with me soon. I can't wait to meet them!

Hi, my name is Jackson and I came to Los Angeles about 3 years ago to pursue acting. I grew up with dogs and they have always been an important part of my life. As I do not have a dog of my own, I have stayed involved with dogs by walking and sitting them, as well as volunteering at shelters when I can. I figure that my love for dogs along with exercising and getting outside in the beautiful LA weather is a great match for me and your dog! Often times I will have an audition or two that take up an hour of my day, but for the remainder, I want to spend it outside, and I feel it is a great use of my time to spend it with some lovable pups. I also don't have a dog of my own but have an apartment that can house them if that is needed.

If you’re looking for the heart of a city, you don’t need to go any further than their local animal shelter. There you’ll find caring locals giving their time freely to help cats and dogs in need. Pet Adoption Fund in the city of Conga Park, California is a shelter that walks the walk. Founded in 1983 this non-profit, no-kill shelter is a safe haven for dogs who need vet care, rehabilitation and a ton of love. Many of the dogs that arrive at this shelter have seen the world through sad eyes.
Re-homing policies are carefully thought out to ensure a dog is placed in the perfect family environment. Every dog under their care is spayed, neutered and vaccinated. They are also micro-chipped and have their own tag and collar. PAF are on a mission to educate the community about the importance of keeping the pet population in check. Owning a dog is a commitment and responsibility for life, so all care is taken to match shelter dogs with the perfect guardian. Their motto “Our Big Difference Is Love” changes the future for rescued dogs.
With tough economic times, the shelter can be pretty full some months, but that doesn’t faze the volunteers. They even go into other shelters to bring back dogs that may need a little extra help to find a home. Check out their newsletter on the website for great pet advice and updates on dogs needing a new home. They are situated at 7507 Deering Avenue, Canoga Park, CA. Shelter opening hours for viewing dogs are 1 pm – 6 pm, Tuesday to Sunday. The shelter survives on the goodness of others by way of volunteers and donations.
Take your dog to Lanark Park and let them feel the lush grass under their paws as you both tune into the nature-vibe of established trees and gorgeous open spaces, perfect for running or playing. This massive park features a swimming pool to cool off in on those hot summer days - plus a soccer field, tennis courts, auditorium and an awesome skateboard space! It’s located at 21816 Lanark Street, Conago Park, CA and open Monday to Friday. There is no specific area designated just for dogs, but you can walk freely through the park. Dog and owner etiquette comes into play in parks where dogs and people are all grouped in together. Keep the park clean and pick up after your dog so it remains a place where pooches are always welcome!
Members of
the Valley Hills Obedience Club look forward to their annual “Top Dog” event by getting their dogs trained up - ready to take on some of the best teams around! Founded in 1952 the club has been providing obedience sessions for local dogs
and their owners at their training site in Canoga Park, CA. They’ve done pretty
well over the years competing and having great times with other dog obedience clubs. Through the course of a day, small and large
dogs leap over fences, run round hoops and crawl through tunnels, showing judges just how quickly they can do the tasks! Training days for the club are held at the Canoga
Park, Lutheran church site – 7357 Jordan Avenue, Canoga, CA. Members can work
with their dogs from Tuesday through to Thursday at 6-9 pm at night.
The world is catching onto dog-friendly restaurants and is making space so you can bring your fur baby along. The local diners, cafés and restaurants are learning that being dog-friendly is a seriously wise move! They provide outdoor areas, with some adding dog inspired treats to their menu as well. In the stylish city of Canoga, CA there's a buzz at Menchie's Frozen Yogurt. You can now bring your pupper along for the fun! The vibe is super social and you’re bound to meet pet parents who walk in the same local park as you. You can choose your own toppings or try the popular menu favorites - maybe even let Fido have a healthy yogurt feast! At these “dogs are welcome” restaurants, canine pals get in on the act.
Chase Park is a smaller neighborhood park in the city of Canoga, CA but is well worth going for a casual walk with your canine friend in. Your pooch will need to stay on-leash, as there are no fenced, separate areas for dogs. This is a scenic park with beautiful trees for shade, cemented paths and lovely grassy areas for picnics! You can both get a bit of a workout climbing up the hill, and the breathtaking view of the valley makes the trek worthwhile. The park is open from 5 am – 10 pm and is situated at 22525 Chase Street, Canoga Park, Ca. The entire perimeter is fenced, making this a lovely spot to walk your fur baby.

Great customer service and a positive attitude towards dogs make this pizzeria a paradise! A favorite to try is the original BBQ chicken pizza, or you might feel like a pasta dish, salad or soup. There’s something to tantalize the taste buds of everyone and the thin crust, meat cravers pizza will definitely tempt your pup!
