This is an annual event that is put on by the Placer SPCA and happens in Vernon Town Square. This is a food and wine tasting event that takes place at nighttime under that stars - with your fur baby! Dogs are welcome and fresh, cold water and delicious treats are provided for your pooch to make their night out with your extra special. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Tickets are $50/person or $30/person if you are not drinking for the night. Proceeds go to help the Placer SPCA and their dogs and cats!

Annual Barktober Fest
Taking place in October generally a few weeks before Halloween, join the Placer SPCA for their annual Barktober Fest at Maidu Park in Roseville! This festival is especially for dogs and their humans to enjoy together. The event always starts off with a fun 5k walk/run that pups are welcome to join in on as well. After the fun race, the festival will have an abundance of food trucks, live entertainment, a Biergarten ($25) for the human attendees, and dog-friendly activities like a best pet trick contest. Start brushing up on your dog's cutest trick! Both you and your dog are encouraged to wear costumes for the dog costume contest as well.

Santa Paws
This is another annual event put on by the Placer SPCA at their facility in Roseville, CA. It is an awesome way to get you, your family and pup into the holiday spirit! It is also a great way to get affordable and professional photos taken of your furry friend for your Christmas card. This is a great event for the whole family to attend as well. This annual, dog-centered event is one of the biggest events to take place in the Sacramento area for canines! It draws in thousands of people and is a free event, taking place at Rusch Park.
