Walk with the Animals
There’s more than one pet walk for a good cause in the local area, and the annual Walk With the Animals is also a big drawcard for dog lovers. Held to benefit the Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center, this pet-friendly event sees dogs and their humans take a relaxing 1.3-mile stroll around Lake Evans, roughly 15 miles northeast of Corona. It’s a relaxing, social event with plenty of opportunities to make new friends, while you could also win some great prizes simply by collecting pledges. Best of all, you’ll get to enjoy a warm, fuzzy feeling that comes from helping animals in need!
