Give a Wag! Gives to Corona Shelters

Corona’s city motto is “To cherish our past, to plan our future”, and the future of the city’s animal population is truly in safe paws. With a number of wonderful animal rescue groups working throughout Corona and the surrounding areas, pets in need will always get a shot at experiencing love and happiness.

Musical Hearts Dog Rescue is a Corona-based rescue organization that has been helping homeless animals for the past 13 years. This unique group started out by mainly adopting dogs to long-haul truckers, and today works with Corona Animal Control and Shelter, Devour Animal Shelter, and Orange County Animal Shelter to save the lives of dogs in need. It also operates a peaceful sanctuary where animals in need can enjoy 24-hour care.

Recycled Love Dog Rescue also works tirelessly to help at-risk dogs. This inspirational non-profit rescues dogs from high-kill shelters and dogs about to be surrendered to shelters all over the United States, giving breeds of all shapes and sizes the care and rehabilitation they need. Dogs are then placed in loving foster homes until they can be matched with the right owner, and Recycled Love relies on the support of its volunteers, foster homes, veterinarians, dog trainers, and more to continue its good work. As with so many other animal rescue groups across the country, Recycled Love is funded entirely by donor support.
