Our puppy boarded with Berfin while we were on vacation. It was our first time being away from our pup so we were a little nervous about the trip but Berfin was amazing! Her great care made us feel at ease. She gave our dog so much love including a dog treat cake and birthday celebration with hat and bandana since we were away when our dog turned 1. We received tons of photos and updates. Berfin is the best and your pet will be in good hands with her.

Lisa took amazing care of Bowie while I was away! She kept me updated the whole time with great communication and the cutest pictures of Bowie seriously, the photos were amazing! It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was happy and well cared for. I m especially thankful that she stayed up late when my flight got delayed so she could still handle Bowie for me when I finally got back to San Diego. That level of care and kindness meant a lot. I recommend Lisa 100% and would absolutely trust her with Bowie again!

Lisa was very responsive and communicative from the start. Her home is very dog friendly. A place to run around outside and safe street to walk on. Lisa sent the best photos and videos of my two pugs playing, relaxing and sleeping I loved receiving them while in Europe. She went out of her way to make me see they were happy. I will be hiring her again.
