“Wag! Certified, large, small I walk them all.”
There is not much better than seeing a happy pup face and a wagging tail. I’m an avid hiker, lover of the outdoors and am athletic to keep up with any pup. I’m also patient and take my time with senior pups and those with special needs. I look forward to meeting your canine companion and the many adventures we will have together. Large, small, I walk them all! Certifications: Pet CPR and Pet First Aid

My name is Linda and I've been working as a dog walker for about 10 years in San Francisco and Los Angeles. From volunteering at my local animal shelter in high school to working at a grooming salon and fostering dogs, I have a lot of experience working with dogs. I have a senior rescue pup and am skilled in administering subcutaneous fluids as well as giving various types of medications. I love dogs and they love me!

Looking for a volunteer opportunity or maybe even a new, furry best friend? Check out The Hayward Animal Shelter! Their mission is to care for Hayward County's pet population and educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering pets. It doesn't just cut down on the pet population; it can also lessen the risk of your pet getting ovarian or testicular cancers among other illnesses. Pets that are chosen to be adopted must be spayed or neutered before leaving the shelter and all members of the animal's potential furever home must meet their new pet at the shelter. All pets at the shelter also receive their vaccinations and a microchip. The shelter is always in need of donations of your money or your time. It all goes right back into the shelter and the care of their wonderful, furry tenants!
This upscale hotel is non-smoking and uber pet-friendly! You can bring up to two of your furry pals to stay with you, no matter how tiny or how big your pups are! And here is the best part, bark buddies stay for no extra fee. This beautiful hotel has a newly renovated pool, spa, fitness center and free parking. Guests have access to laundry facilities and a work center for taking care of business. Don't forget to indulge in the free continental breakfast each morning! We're pretty sure the hotel staff won't mind if you take some scrambled eggs to-go for the pooches in your room. If you love to travel with your pets, always check-out the many wonderful and pet-friendly LaQuinta Inns wherever you go!
Hey buddy, go take a hike - and don't forget Fido! There are some on-leash trails that you can explore on this reserve. They offer shade and are generally not too crowded. The off-leash trails are on paved roads, but do have a steady incline. With over 6 miles of trails, you'll be able to see wildflowers a-plenty and potentially over 90 native species of trees, shrubs, and ferns! The trails crawl through cool canyons for resting and up to rocky ridge tops where you can take in the view towards the bay and surrounding hills. You can bark for joy here, as it is a great place to just be a dog!
Since 1983, Buffalo Bill's Brewery has mastered the art of craft brewing and IPAs. You and your top dog can dine together in their outdoor seating area. While Fido enjoys some fresh water, you can check out the menu. First things first, pick your brew, then pair your meal from there (this may take a while - they all sound DELICIOUS!). How about a mouth-watering cheeseburger or a sandwich (like the brie and cranberry turkey, a seasonal favorite.) Decisions, decisions! Whatever you choose, be prepared for a great meal and a one of a kind craft brew with your furry friend by your side. No bones about it!
This fun event is held at Wag Hotels in nearby Santa Clara, California. Its a great way for you and your pup to get your Halloween-on together! The party benefits the Silicon Valley Humane Society. Trick or Treat at the hotel and mingle with other groovy ghoulies, wacky witches and glorious goblins. There will also be a costume contest - human, you go as Fido, Fido go as your person, how pawsome will your twosome be? Plenty of vendors will be on-hand, along with many adorable, adoptable dogs, and silent auctions. And be warned all you Dalmatians out there - you can even get your photo taken with CRUELLA de Vil! There is so much fun to be had for this great cause.
Just say, "Oui, oui!" No Fido, not, "wee wee", the FRENCH fancy kind! This chic french eatery is reasonably priced and the chef uses locally sourced, organic ingredients for his marvellous menu. You and your chien (that's French for "dog") can dine alfresco under the stars together. Sip something delectable from the bar and get ready for one of the best dining experiences in Hayward! Choose from lamb shanks, pork belly, scallops, ahi tartare or just go right for that olive oil cake. Say Magnifique!
