Paws 4 Law
The “Paws 4 Law” 6th annual fundraising event is held during October. A fun time is had by everyone who attends, with music and an opportunity to dunk your local MPD officer in the dunk tank. The idea is to raise community awareness and funds for training and equipment. The Murietta Police Department has five dogs working to keep the good citizens of this city safe. On the day-of, locals are treated to amazing demonstrations by the K9 unit and their handlers. Honeycutt Farms is a laid back, deli-style eatery with a patio area where all dogs are welcome! People in the neighborhood love bringing their canine besties for a great meal and a paw-some time. The 2.5-acre enclosure is for large dogs, while the one-acre area is set aside for smaller dogs. There are two more fenced areas where dogs of all sizes can play together off-leash. This doggie heaven has plenty of trees for shade, picnic tables plus obstacles for dog agility and play!
