Torrey Pines Dog Park
Dog parks are becoming the norm in many American cities so our puppy pals can safely exercise off-leash. Torrey Pines Dog Park in Murrieta, California is a top park for locals and visitors to have good times with their dogs! There are fenced areas to separate smaller and larger dogs, making it secure for furry friends to socialize and play. Pet parents get to know other dog owners in the community making it a fun event for all concerned. The park is 8.8 acres and features a shaded playground for kids plus a baseball diamond and picnic tables! There is also a wide-open field and a water fountain for thirsty dogs. Park rules encourage owners to watch their dogs and keep the park clean. You’ll find this paw-awesome park at 39455 Torrey Pines Road, Murrieta, CA. It’s open to the public and their canine friends all day.

Paws 4 Law
The “Paws 4 Law” 6th annual fundraising event is held during October. A fun time is had by everyone who attends, with music and an opportunity to dunk your local MPD officer in the dunk tank. The idea is to raise community awareness and funds for training and equipment. The Murietta Police Department has five dogs working to keep the good citizens of this city safe. On the day-of, locals are treated to amazing demonstrations by the K9 unit and their handlers. A kid’s zone is set up while the grownups get to know the police dogs and the workings of this incredible unit. Check out the Paws 4 Law Facebook page for this exciting event!

Honeycutt Farms Restaurant
Honeycutt Farms is a laid back, deli-style eatery with a patio area where all dogs are welcome! People in the neighborhood love bringing their canine besties for a great meal and a paw-some time. Look out for the pink pig barbeque stand out front! Take rover for a scrumptious breakfast at Honeycutt Farms so he can hang out with his doggie pals while you socialize with local friends. The restaurant is open from 7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday with Sunday being open only until 2 pm. Staff are very friendly and have a great attitude towards dogs! The restaurant is located at 40477 Murrieta Springs Rd, Murietta, CA.

Heroes Park
One of the newest parks in Murrieta SA is an absolute delight for dogs! There are 14 acres of well thought out areas with four sections dedicated to pawfect pooch fun. The 2.5-acre enclosure is for large dogs, while the one-acre area is set aside for smaller dogs. There are two more fenced areas where dogs of all sizes can play together off-leash. This doggie heaven has plenty of trees for shade, picnic tables plus obstacles for dog agility and play! Heroes Park is a popular space where residents have fun with their families and four-legged friends.
Rubio's Coastal Grill
Murietta Ca is renowned for its scenic beauty and natural hot springs. It’s also a dog lover’s haven with canine-friendly restaurants like Rubio’s Coastal Grill! If you’re a fan of seafood and Mexican cuisine, bring your puppy pal for a great meal on the patio. The restaurant features 5 pet-friendly tables so there’s no need to leave Fido at home. Try the beer battered fish taco and warm, cinnamon churros (if you happen to have a sweet tooth). Bring a bag of treats for your pooch while you sample some Rubio’s favorites off the menu!
