Barktoberfest
We can't bark enough about this annual event - Barktoberfest is just the best! This event, hosted by the Placer SPCA, is an annual event in Roseville that's unlike any other. You and your pup can join in on one of the most anticipated community doggo events in the area. You can take part in a fun run or walk (both humans and canines are invited), join in on fun games and contests, eat delicious doggo treats (and human treats, too), shop among the pup vendors in the area, and introduce your pup to other pooches from around town. A play on Oktoberfest, you can of course, expect beer tastings, too!

Woof, Wine, and Dine
Another event hosted by the Placer SPCA, this extravaganza is something to bark home about. You and your pup (on a leash, please) can join in on a delicious tasting event at Vernon Square in Roseville. What can you expect? Plenty of pooches with gourmet palettes, as well as their fun-loving pawrents, and delicious food and beverages from the region!24

For the adventurous pooch that needs lots of running around time, we've got the perfect suggestion - pup parks! What city would be complete without a pup paradise? Roseville has plenty of popular dog parks that are pawesome choices for you and your doggo. Some of the popular choices? Check out Hughes Dog Park, Bear Dog Park at Mahoney Park, and Marco Dog Park. Each dog park is fenced, full of fun toys, and has lots of shade and room to run. Bear Dog Park at Mahoney Park even has fun agility toys for you and your pooch to play around with!
Woofstock
If you know anything about California, you know that they don't mess around when it comes to festivals, and that definitely goes for dog festivals, too. The annual Woofstock event is held in Rocklin, California, just a bit of a drive away from Roseville (literally about 10 minutes away), is a yearly event that's full of groovy activities for you and your pup! This festival will help local rescue groups raise money for pooches in the area. What can you expect as far as activities? Plenty! Wiener dog races? They've got 'em. Art dog projects? You bet.
