Join the Humane Society of San Bernardino Valley for the annual Santa Paws Pet Photos and Holiday Boutique. This family-friendly pet event includes photos with Santa. Grab your whole family and snap a photo for your annual Christmas card!
There will also be a holiday boutique for guests to browse. Pick up gifts for your four-legged friends as well as your human family and friends. As part of a bake sale, there will be all kinds of goodies for you to bring home.

Doggie Pool-ooza
Each September, the Cucamonga Guasti Regional Park hosts the Doggie Pool-ooza, an annual swimming event for the dogs. At the very end of the summer swimming season, the pool opens for dogs to enjoy the day swimming. The pool is a zero-entry pool, so dogs of all ages can enjoy a nice, cool splash before summer comes to an end!
Sign your dog up for the Doggie Swimsuit Competition, the Top Dog Talent Show, or the Lil’ Dog Races. Don’t forget to compete in the Dog/Owner Look-a-Like Contest! You won’t want to miss out on winning great prizes.

Waggin’ Trail Wine Tasting
What better way to start the holiday season than wine tasting with your pup? Join the Waggin’ Tails Rescue Foundation for an evening of wine, craft beer, hors d’oeuvres, dessert, chocolate, and all sorts of fun! The event will feature live music, drawings, a live auction, a silent auction, and more.
Prepare your dog for the Dog Pageant, and dress them up in holiday-themed outfits to celebrate the Christmas season.
This fundraising event takes place at the Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach on a date in December, and runs fromfrom 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Tickets cost $40 per person in advance. At the door, tickets are $50.

The Crate Escape West Hollywood
Drive over to West Hollywood for a fun hike with JustFoodForDogs and SoCalGoldenRetrievers during December. All dogs are welcome to join in on this light hike with their owners. Each registered family will receive a swag bag from JFFD.
After the hike, stop in for Yappy Hour at the West Hollywood JFFD Kitchen where snacks and refreshments will be available for the humans, and pupsicles will be available for the pooches ($2 a pop). The Yappy Hour runs from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Dogs must be kept on leashes at all times during the hike and Yappy Hour.

Tilted Kilt’s Yappy Hour
In Orange, California, join the Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery for a Yappy Hour with Mutt Hut Rescue during December, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Bring your pup to Tilted Kilt for a chance to socialize with other dogs and people while you enjoy great food. The menu will also feature dog-friendly items. There will be a raffle with dog-related prizes, too!
Twenty percent of proceeds from the food will go to Mutt Hut Rescue to help rescue and care for more dogs. If you bring a gently used blanket or towel, you will receive a free raffle ticket!
