Nigel was absolutely exceptional with my dogs, Gus and Tommy. From the moment we entrusted them to his care, I knew they were in caring and capable hands. He treated them like family, provided excellent communication throughout their trip, and followed every instruction perfectly. Both dogs arrived home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for, which made their transition back home incredibly smooth and stress-free. Gus and Tommy are senior dogs with different needs, and Nigel showed remarkable patience, kindness, and attention to detail with each of them. It was obvious that he genuinely cares about the animals he works with and takes great pride in providing outstanding care. I would trust Nigel with my dogs again without hesitation and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable, professional, and compassionate caregiver.
