“The best dog walker in town!”

I became an official dog owner at a young age when I was given a husky for my 13th birthday. Ever since, I have had many experiences caring for all kinds of dogs. The history of breeds I have cared for range from small dogs such as terriers and chihuahuas to large dogs including pit bulls and bulldogs. My volunteer experience includes working at the Linda Blair WorldHeart Foundation (LBWF). During my time at this animal shelter, I cleaned, walked, and fed many dogs who were rescued.

I realized I loved dogs when my sister placed my dog, Maui on my lap nine years ago. I've met so many dogs and dog owners because of her and hope to meet and take care of many more. I've walked dogs for my neighbors and friends. I'm punctual, professional and understand from being a dog owner myself, the safety and well-being of your dog.

Dog Boarding in South San Francisco

San Francisco regularly features on lists of the most dog-friendly cities anywhere in the world, which means dog lovers in South San Francisco enjoy easy access to world-class attractions and experiences they can enjoy with their dogs. It also means there’s no shortage of excellent animal welfare groups operating in the local area, working to ensure that every dog gets the chance to find happiness.

Family Dog Rescue is one such group. Founded in 2010, Family Dog Rescue has rescued more than 3,000 pooches and matched them with loving forever homes with their ideal owners. Its work is based on the belief that Dog + Human = Family and that a dog makes a house a home, and the group is committed to providing the care and shelter homeless pets need.

However, Family Dog Rescue is 100% funded by donations. Its ability to continue saving the lives of pets in need depends on its generous adopters, donors, and volunteers, so lend a helping paw if you can.

Wonder Dog Rescue also maintains an unwavering commitment to the homeless dogs of San Francisco. This grrr-eat group specializes in rescuing small breeds of all ages, with those dogs then cared for in loving foster homes while they await adoption. This foster-based approach ensures that rescued pets receive the care and support they need to be able to seamlessly transition into their forever homes.

Just like Family Dog Rescue, Wonder Dog Rescue is always on the lookout for more donations and volunteers. If you’re keen to help dogs in need of a second chance, both these rescue groups are definitely worthy of your support.
