We loved knowing our pup Olive was in J Ana s care while we were away! Her communication skills are amazing, from the moment we booked with her, and throughout our stay. She pays attention to details, asks questions, and she kept us informed each day on how Olive was settling in and how they were enjoying the day. J Ana has such a great energy about her and from when we dropped Olive off to when we picked her up, we knew our pup was comforted and cared for as if she was J Ana s own - that kind of comfort for dog owners can be hard to find, so we re really happy we found her! We received beautiful photos of Olive and very much appreciated those alongside the daily updates. We plan to connect with J Ana for all of our future stays because Olive absolutely loves her.
