Indy is a 14 yo, very hard of hearing, grouchy old guy Dominique had a heads up about him maybe being fearful of her at first, she was so kind to him, patient and let him warm up to her which he did, she communicated with me the whole first visit and I feel very confident her several future scheduled visits with him will go just as smoothly!
