Neysa was amazing !!! Thankyou so so much for taking excellent care of Maya. I was so nervous because a previous experience with another sitter didn t go well at all. Neysa proved to me nothing would go wrong in her care. She was was super attentive, literally updated me every couple hours with so many cute videos and pics . Nathaniel was absolutely fantastic! He cared for our dog, Diezel, from Thursday through Sunday and even graciously accommodated a last-minute extension when we decided to extend our plans. As first-time pet parents leaving our baby with someone else, we were naturally nervous, but Nathaniel made the entire experience completely stress-free and comfortable. He took exceptional care of Diezel and kept us updated throughout the stay with plenty of pictures and videos, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear from every update that Diezel was happy, well cared for, and receiving lots of attention. We couldn't have asked for a better first boarding experience. Nathaniel was reliable, communicative, flexible, and genuinely caring. We would absolutely trust him with Diezel again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to care for their pet like family.
