Boynton-Beach Dog Park is a good size space divided into two fenced areas for smaller and large dogs. The off-leash area is covered in lush grass and ideal for a good run - complete with small, paved spots where your pooch can stop to get a drink! There are also water fountains and benches for pet moms and dads. This is a relatively new dog park with a backdrop of palm trees swaying in the breeze and the chance for dog parents to socialize with like-minded folk. Their furry friends will have the time of their lives playing and running around! The dog park is around half an acre in size and can be found at 800 Renaissance Commons Boulevard, Boynton-Beach, FL.

Annual South Florida K9 Competition
Want to see some of the best police working dogs in action? Come along to the Boynton-Beach High School on a day in March for an outstanding, dog-inspired event! Get ready to be wowed as the Florida PD dogs are put through their paces and compete in the obstacle course, hardest hitting and fastest running dog. Admission is free with everyone welcome to come along and support the handlers and dogs who keep Boynton-Beach residents safe! They’ll be bouncy houses, a rock wall and raffle prizes to keep the kids happy during the day. Man’s best friend is invaluable in the pursuit of criminals, tracking down lost people, and sniffing out crime scene evidence. Come down to the local high school and witness the K9 greats! Admission is free.

Dog-friendly stores are throwing open their doors to pet-people who love taking their fur babies shopping. One store that’s super popular with Boynton-Beach dogs is the Woof Gang Bakery – a sniff-sational place for Fido to fill up on homemade cookies and treats! There are around eight acres of Neighborhood Park with benches, a fitness trail, a gazebo, and an open play area, and yes, leashed dogs are welcome! The tranquil ambience and trees lining the paved walkway make this a magical space. It’s a little like an enchanted forest as you enter the shaded tree area, with an aura of mystique! This is a charming local park to exercise your dog -complete with a kid-friendly playground and plenty of space to ride a bike!
