Red, White, & Bark Festival
Fun, Fido and Freedom - what could be better? Clearwater knows there's not much more exciting than celebrating America with your furry friend. You and your pooch can attend the annual Red, White & Bark Festival in Clearwater, Florida. The event, hosted by DonationStation, features vendors, rescue groups, food trucks, music, pet costume contests and even a Doggie Fun Zone! It's a free event that offers music, fun, and multitudes of pups sniffin' around for a good time. All proceeds from this event will go toward homeless pets in the area. You and your pooch won't want to miss out on this pre-Independence day celebration.36
Pet Festival Tailgate Pawty and Pup Bowl
This annual event is back! The Pinellas Humane Society is putting on their yearly Tail-gate and Pet Festival, and you and your pooch won't want to miss it! Not only will there be food vendors, pets up for adoption, and pup sports-fan costume contests, there's also going to be a Puppy Bowl! Take your pooch to participate, or bring him along to watch, as a football competition between tiny, cute pooches commences. Don't just snuggle your pup on the couch for the SuperBowl this year - bring him to the Puppy Bowl in Clearwater!24
Sea Dog 5k and 1 Mile Dog Walk
Are you and your pooch big on walking, running, or sniffin' around for a cause? Then this is paws-itvely the event for you and your pup! The Sea Dog 5k and 1 mile Dog walk, hosted by the Sea Dog Brewing Co., is about celebrating mutts and people running together! You can either participate in the 5k or the 1-mile walk with your pup and once you both are done with the hard part, join other pooches and paw-rents for a post-race party. That's beer for the humans, and a dog watering hole and dog tubs after the finish line for the four-legged runners. They'll even be giving out awards to the pups for overall Big Dog and Small Dog winners!12
