Known as "the city in the country," Coral Springs, Florida is a premier community in South Florida. With close access to the beach and many of South Florida's other, larger cities, Coral Springs is a desirable location for families, individuals, and retirees. What makes it most desirable, though? It's love for pups! With plenty of shelters in the area, there's always an exciting event for you and your pooch to enjoy together.
One of the most well-known shelters in the area is the Humane Society of Broward County, a 501(c)23 that has the ability to house 300+ doggos and kitties! They provide pups with temporary shelter until they're able to provide them with fur-ever homes, provide education programs for the community, and never turn an animal away. In the past year, they've placed over 6,700 animals in homes. Another popular organization in the area is The Florida Humane Society, a non-profit organization that serves all of South Florida. This 501(c)3 provides programs to enhance animals' lives, provide education to the community, and foster homeless animals searching for their forever home.
Don't miss out on this annual Christmas-pup extravaganza! All proceeds will benefit the shelter.
