Lauren was very responsive, understanding and friendly. She stepped in last minute for us this weekend due to scheduled caregiver cancelling last minute without notice or any response and I couldn t be happier to have chosen Lauren. She introduced Mu eca gently to other pups and Mu eca made so many new friends and have a great time. I could see her energy and happiness about being able to play with her fur buddies and run around and be her energetic little self! When we picked her up in the morning Mu eca greeted us very happy as if saying mommy look I had so much fun and made so many new friends Lauren will definitely be our #1 preferred from now on.

Melina did an amazing job caring for our dog while we were visiting Jacksonville, Florida. She was reliable, communicative, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. We received updates and could tell our dog was well cared for, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention. It s never easy leaving your pet behind, but Melina made the entire experience stress-free. We came back to a happy, well-cared-for pup and couldn t be more grateful. I was a bit nervous too bored. my Foster dog Ruger with a stranger but after speaking with Luis and his wife, I was quite at ease! They spoiled him with pup cups at Starbucks and let him have free rein of their farm. Ruger seemed quite comfortable going with his caretakers. No apprehension at all. Ruger appeared to have had a good time and didn't miss me at all. I was very appreciative that Luis and his wives were able to help out during the holiday season. I will definitely use them again.
