Give a Wag! Gives to Orange Park Shelters

When you think of Orange Park, Florida, your mind probably conjures up images of a citrus-filled wonderland, right? By the name, we really can't blame you. But Orange Park is really more of a teeny, tiny town that sits in Northeast Florida on a few different lakes. Not necessarily the most well-known dog-city in Florida, the atmosphere for dog-lovers and their pooches alike is steadily growing, and a lot of this movement can be credited toward the shelters that serve this area. Not only do they provide tons of services for pups, they also provide activities for pawrents and their pooches as well.

One of the most well-known shelters is the Clay County Humane Society, a non-profit organization that's been open for over four decades. In their forty years of service, the Clay County Humane has helped sterilize over 98.000 animals, as well as foster and find homes for thousands of others.

Another shelter in the area is the Safe Animal Shelter, another non-profit that helps homeless animals and aims to foster and find families for pets in need. In the last year, they fostered and sheltered over 345 pups and provided homes for over 330 dogs.

If you are looking for a new, furry friend, why not check out either of these organizations? They'd be happy to have you!
