Aiming to boost that image, there are many different organizations, societies, and charities in the area that benefit the pups of Palm Beach. One of the biggest, and most well-known, organizations is the Animal Rescue Force in South Florida. This organization opened in 2005 and since its inception has helped over 8,000 animals find homes, security, and shelter. They house animals in foster homes, in neighboring shelters, and in their own shelter as well.
Even more well-known is the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, an organization dedicated to providing shelter to lost, homeless and unwanted animals in the area. The league is dedicated to providing spaying and neutering services in the area, finding companion animals, and caring for and protecting homeless pets throughout South Florida. Their efforts are not unnoticed, either. In 2016, they helped over 45,000 animals with their services, whether it was veterinary services or finding them homes. Of that number, they placed over 5,000 animals into loving, caring homes!
At the Full Moon Yoga studio, you and your pooch can work on stretching, breath work, and bond over fitness at one of their many dog-yoga classes.
