As first time wag users my wife and I were a little anxious as our babies only boarded over night with family members. Clarissa is a dream come true! She reassured us that everything would be okay while we traveled out the country. She was very very communicative with both txt and photo updates. Our babies were spoiled and loved on with plenty of cuddle time and treats as well as walks.
