Our original Wag watcher cancelled last minute and we re grateful that Natalie was able to take care of our dogs. However, the conditions they were in were not ideal for us. There were at least 7 other dogs in the photos she sent which wasn t expected as we requested on the app no other dogs in the home. Could be a glitch in the app or something. Also they were in a basement with all the other dogs the whole time. More updates throughout the day would ve been better because we had to reach out for them besides once or twice.
